How to Pay Online
Limestone County Water & Sewer Authority customers can pay their water bills for FREE online 24/7 with a credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). This service is provided through Nexbillpay, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the Pay Bill/View Account button above and you will be instantly directed to Nexbillpay. When registering your account, you will need your Customer # and PIN # from your billing statement (or you can call our office to obtain it). If you have more than one account with Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority, Nexbillpay allows you to add multiple accounts under the same login. You also can set up your card on autopay through this service.
***The office staff can no longer take customers’ payments over the phone. If you wish to pay by phone, you can call 888-507-4971 to pay with your Customer # and PIN # found at the top of your bill. There are NO FEES to use any of our payment methods.***

The LIMESTONE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY is committed to ensuring the security of your personal identifiable information. We will take reasonable precautions to protect this information from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure or alteration, including, putting in place appropriate physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure such information.
Business Days / Delivery Method
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays. Our normal business hours are 8:00 am until 4:30 pm unless otherwise specified. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to update customer records or at least the next business day. If your account is about to be disconnected or has been shut off for delinquency, do not assume payment being made online will avoid service disruption.
Online Credit Card Payment
This payment is non refundable unless it is an over-payment of a finalized account. A finalized account that has been over-paid by a credit card transaction will be issued a refund check by the LCWSA Accounts Payable Department.
