Card Payment Information

NOTE: Before you pay your bill, please read the following important information about a payment system change being implemented very soon. Then proceed to click the link at the bottom to make your payment.

Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority is excited to announce that it will be implementing a new card payment service, Nexbillpay. This service allows customers to easily manage their utility accounts, monitor usage, and enroll in Autopay or Text to Pay and Paperless Billing. This new system will be FREE to use. This system should be very beneficial on both our end and yours because it works in real-time. You should no longer have to wait one or more business days for new bills/charges to be available on your end or for us to post your payment.

Effective September 28, 2022, customers will no longer have access to the current payment portal PayNSeconds, as all customer accounts and payment information will be deleted. Customers wishing to have the convenience of paying and viewing billing information online will need to create a new account on the new online system, Nexbillpay. At that time customers will also have the option to pay their bills by the new automated phone system by calling: 888-507-4971.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:  If you are currently enrolled in card autopay with PayNSeconds, this feature will NOT  be transferred to Nexbillpay. Customers currently on a card autopay will need to re-enroll with their payment information once their new account has been registered with Nexbillpay to continue on autopay.

Limestone County Water and Sewer Authority is always improving and exploring new ways to give our customers the most reliable and affordable water service possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this new upgrade causes to our customers, and we appreciate your cooperation and patience during this transition period.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at 256-233-6444 with any hesitations and concerns.
